Please let us know if you have allergies or food intolerances.

Fresh towels and bed linen
change?

Bathroom towels – 3 nights.
Bed linen and pool towels – weekly.

We care about the
environment.

Smoking?

Smoking is not allowed
inside the property,
but there are smoking areas on the terraces and balconies.

Hotel?

Villa Fortis is not a hotel,
there is no 24h reception or daily cleanup, but do not worry – we will take
good care of you!

Groups?

Villa Fortis is designed for
couples; groups will feel much better in an apartment or in a Hotel.
Parties/events/overcrowding the room
– strictly prohibited.

Luggage storage?

We do not store luggage, but you can leave it
with us for a couple of hours if your flight is later in the day.

Child policies?

This property is not suitable for children; minimum age for check-in is 18.
Cots and extra beds are not

available.

Quiet hours and visitors?

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.

Only registered guests are allowed in the Villa.

Pool?

Pool is always open, but please be quiet if
you are using it in the night.

Remember to always shower before entering the pool!

Damage policy

We encourage you to treat our house the same
way we treat you, with respect.

If you cause damage to the property, please report it to us immediately. In order to minimize the damage, this booklet contains manuals for most of the in-room mechanics and we are always available for assistance if something does not function properly.

Beside manuals, best practice is not to do what you wouldn’t do at your home, i.e.
leaving wet towels hanging from the doors or on the furniture, moving upholstered chairs to the balcony and leaving them on the sun/rain, staining towels or bed linen beyond washable…
