ABOUT US

Villa Fortis is a brand new property (built in 2021) featuring six lux rooms designed with guest needs in mind. All of our rooms have everything you might expect from a 4 star accommodation.

A balcony or a terrace, private bathroom with toiletries, free parking, internet access, a safe, large flat screen TV, in room refrigerator, free access to 30m2 pool with free to use sun-chairs, pool towels, etc.

The whole building is air conditioned, including our breakfast area. Our deluxe rooms are larger and even more comfortable, featuring larger beds (180cmx210cm), larger balconies/terraces with direct sea view, etc.

Villa Fortis is a family business, and we will do our best to treat you as family. Feel free to communicate your needs and desires with us, and we will do our best to make the most out of your experience staying with us.

LOCATION

The property is in ideal position for most short or long term guests. It is just 2km from Trogir old center, accessible by a short walk, a car, or even by a taxi boat (just 50m from the property) to Trogir riva/promenade.  We are just 500m from the most popular beach in Trogir area, the Okrug Gornji beach, so called the “Copacabana beach”.
Split airport is also very close, so we encourage you to contact us with all your needs and requests.

This was the perfect ending to our stay! Very nicely located, close to supermarkets and a few restaurants. The ferry stops right outside that takes you to Trogir which was very nice. Silvio and Izabela were the most amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome. The room was very nice and the best part was the big balcony that we had. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

Exceptional facilities, exceptional hosts. We just completed a 7 week European tour where we stayed in 17 different accommodations. Villa Fortis was one of our absolute favorites. The hosts Silvio and Izabela have put so much time and love into creating their warm and inviting B and B. The breakfasts were better than any restaurant food we ate. The rooms were impeccably clean and well decorated. The location across street from a nice beach was perfect for us. Quick walk to small grocery store, several small restaurants, and ferry to Trogir old town.

The place is incredibly clean and well maintained. The hosts are very kind and willing to help their guests. The breakfast has enough variety. The location is close to the beach, and the taxi boat across the street takes you to Trogir every hour.
